Our leadership team has a combined 40 years of industry experience, with supply chain running deep in our veins.

As Cargologik’s CEO, Gabriel brings over 20 years of experience in international freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. Prior to joining Cargologik, Gabriel founded Freight Logistics in 2001, a technology-powered international freight forwarder and high-tech supply chain solutions provider headquartered in Miami, with branch offices in the United States, Argentina, Brazil and Chile acquired in 2019, and nXT Software Solutions in 2006, a WMS SaaS Software company acquired in 2022.
Gabriel's passion for technology and logistics has driven him to the forefront of the industry's transformation, and he believes that the next 5-10 years will only continue to bring about exciting changes. As an entrepreneur, Gabriel is committed to being hands-on and finding innovative solutions to problems that continue to push the industry forward.

Clemen brings over 12 years of experience in sales and logistics technology. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Management of Maritime Operations from the Copenhagen Business School. Before becoming Cargologik’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Clemen worked in the banking sector, and was the co-founder and CEO of IMC, a global rate management system and customer experience platform in Copenhagen and Hamburg. He joined Freightify, as their CCO, in 2020 playing a key role in fueling the global presence the company has today.
As an ambitious entrepreneur with a track record of success, Clemen has a broad skill set through his experience in strategy, management, sales, HR, admin, and product development. He thrives on introducing innovative products and services that add value in the midst of digital transformation.

With over a decade of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics space, Yessenia has gained exposure to freight forwarding operations, warehousing, and cutting-edge logistics technology. Her career began with WCA, where she collaborated with freight forwarders to craft tailored marketing plans for their unique business offerings.
Yessenia then moved to leading German freight forwarder, Rhenus Logistics, as Regional Marketing Manager for the Americas. She was instrumental in shaping the brand’s presence across North, Central, and South America, following an acquisition of Freight Logistics.
Recently, Yessenia worked with logistics SaaS technology provider Magaya as Product and Customer Marketing Manager, deepening her understanding of industry challenges. Yessenia is an invaluable asset to the Cargologik team as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and deliver transformative solutions to logistics professionals worldwide.

Luis brings a wealth of hands-on commercial and operational expertise to Cargologik drawn from his career in global logistics across Ecuador, Argentina, and the U.S., along with a deep-rooted background in a family-owned freight business that has thrived for over 40 years.
Luis has successfully designed and implemented tailored solutions for multinational corporations, streamlining complex operations for optimal supply chain performance. His unique blend of experience and family legacy makes him a key player in transforming supply chain management and has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
