As Cargologik’s CEO, Gabriel brings over 20 years of experience in international freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. Prior to joining Cargologik, Gabriel founded Freight Logistics in 2001, a technology-powered international freight forwarder and high-tech supply chain solutions provider headquartered in Miami, with branch offices in the United States, Argentina, Brazil and Chile acquired in 2019, and nXT Software Solutions in 2006, a WMS SaaS Software company acquired in 2022.

Gabriel's passion for technology and logistics has driven him to the forefront of the industry's transformation, and he believes that the next 5-10 years will only continue to bring about exciting changes. As an entrepreneur, Gabriel is committed to being hands-on and finding innovative solutions to problems that continue to push the industry forward.

Having worked in logistics in three countries—Ecuador, Argentina, and the U.S.—and coming from a family business with 40 years in the freight industry, Luis brings in-the-trenches commercial and operational experience to the team at Cargologik. He’s worked with multinational corporations, finding the answers to keep their logistics running smoothly.

Luis’ experience has tuned him to the unique challenges of each business he comes into contact with. His expertise is in problem-solving and building up solutions designed for trials of everyday operations. As a co-founder of Cargologik, Luis believes in giving customers only the best design and service to meet their needs.

Jairo has over 18 years of experience in designing and developing technology projects as a cross leader in presale, design, development, quality assurance, and production operations of technology solutions. Jairo has helped lead more than 50 projects with budgets of $1M or more, with experience in the industries of logistics, banking, and telecommunications. Before Cargologik, Jairo led a regional architecture team at Oracle, working on consulting projects around the world.

Jairo’s expertise lies in the design and development of complex technology projects with high-performance solutions. Jairo believes in the power of collaboration to solve problems most effectively, as a leader, ensuring that engineering teams, designers, and leadership are aligned with the optimal strategy.
