Marlon’s mission is to help build organizations that will make a positive impact in the world.
Throughout his career Marlon has co-founded companies that help him achieve his mission. To accelerate his impact, he founded Blue Impact, a supply chain tech focused VC fund. Marlon is also co-founder and operating partner of BluStone, a VC fund focused on empowering entrepreneurs in Latin America.
Prior to Blue Impact and BluStone, Marlon co-founded Azul, the #1 airline in the world according to Trip Advisor and one of the largest in Latin America, he also co-founded Modern Logistics, Brazil’s first logistics integrator. After launching Azul, Marlon built the airline’s ecosystem including the bus network, Azul Cargo Express and Azul Viagens.
Prior to Azul, he served as JetBlue’s Business Development and Corporate Finance Manager where most notably he led the launch of JetBlue’s Alliances program and financed over U$1B in aviation assets. Before his entrepreneurial trajectory, Marlon was an investment banker at UBS, where he participated in Telecom and Transportation transactions including M&A and IPOs.

Jeremy is a problem solver at heart possessing deep knowledge of analytics and architecting data platforms.
As an experienced Analytics professional with a wealth of knowledge in data management, business intelligence, and reporting, Jeremy has driven top-line growth, cost savings, productivity, and profitability for market leaders in key industries throughout his career.
Currently, Jeremy is focused on driving Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) and next generation analytics product development. Jeremy oversees project teams that build and manage the data ingestion, transformation, modeling, visualization, and mobile app development.
In prior roles, he served as the Business Intelligence Global Lead at Western Asset Management. Jeremy led the evolution of Western Asset’s BI platforms from disparate and underperforming tools by redesigning architecture and leveraging modern data warehouse technology. Before that, Jeremy was the Director of Global Business Intelligence at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where he designed an enterprise-wide Business Intelligence roadmap and launched the BI Portal to create a central hub and singular system of record for business analytics and reporting. He also brings considerable supply chain expertise after spending nearly a decade building and managing the supply chain analytics team at Warner Home Entertainment.

Adam is a data-driven storytelling marketer who has fallen in love with the quest to make supply chains as high functioning, collaborative, waste-free, and productive as possible in an altruistic endeavor to maximize human capital.
Adam works at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, giving him a unique opportunity to build a community around a platform that meets his passion and personal mission of hyper-efficiency.
Adam is the CEO and Founder of The Robinson Agency, a B2B marketing agency that helps business owners and leaders increase brand awareness through strategic messaging, content strategy, inbound organic search traffic, and advertising.
In his previous roles, Adam was the Vice President of Product Marketing at FreightWaves, responsible for all marketing initiatives for the company's suite of products, including SONAR, Events, FreightCareers, and Communities. He was the Director of Product Marketing at Turvo, where he managed the multi-enterprise collaborative logistics platform that helps logistics service providers, brokers, and shippers manage the shipment lifecycle from order-to-cash. Before that, Adam served as the Marketing Manager at Cerasis, a third-party logistics company focused on transportation management, where he managed all marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
